Montour Trailhead at Mile Zero

Some have asked, so I am offering to lead a couple of rides on the trail, with the goal of covering the whole main line (there are several branch lines) of the trail. This ride will start from Mile Zero, near Coraopolis, Pennsylvania (79 Montour-Coketown Rd, Moon Twp, PA 15108) and will cover roughly the first half of the trail. It will be an out and back ride, at a leisurely to moderate pace, of approximately 46 miles. Bring lights, in case we finish near dusk. If it is raining or threatening to rain, the ride will be canceled because the trail surface is mostly crushed limestone, which becomes a mess when wet. Here is a link to the trail website and some maps of the trail: https://montourtrail.org/maps-2/
