The Summer Farmers Market Ride runs July-September. 9:30 AM meet up and 10:00 AM launch. We’ll meet at the main library on Wick Ave. in the parking lot. 22 mile loop, moderate pace (12-14 mph). Stops this year will include Hubbard and Struthers Markets — market locations will be noted in the event title. This is a no drop ride. No ride in the rain or extreme temperatures. Newport Wetlands parking lot on W Newport Dr.
26 mile ride around the lakes of Mill Creek Park and through the city of Youngstown. Pace will be brisk with an overall average speed of 15-16+ mph and 1,300 ft of climb. We will re-group at key stops to keep everyone together. Due to the storm damage, meet up changed to the Newport Wetlands parking lot. No ride in rain. Wheels up at 5:30. Meet at the Niles Bicycle trail parking lot for a 30-34 mile ride on the bike trail. This is a low mid moderate pace ride on the trail and some road. Optional lunch at Cadence after the ride. If you have any questions, call Lori at 330-550-3621

Friday. August 14th Pymatuning Lake Ride – Meet at the Pymatuning State Park campground parking lot at 16267 Williamsfield Rd. (St. Rt. 322) Jamestown, Pa 16134 at 10:00 AM. Enjoy a 30 to 35 mile scenic ride around the lower half of Pymatuning Lake. For those who would like, we can go for lunch after the ride at the Byler’s Amish Family Restaurant in Jamestown. The ride will be led at a low to mid-moderate pace. Mostly flat with a few gently rolling hills. The starting point for this ride is about 1 ½ miles from the Ohio/Pa. state line into Pennsylvania on Rt. 322. Questions: call Neil Betts 330-240-2271 No ride in the rain.
