Spring in Columbiana County -- SICCO (pronounced Sick-O) stands for Spring in Columbiana County, Ohio. This ride began in 1995 and is a favorite for area cyclists to welcome in spring. Three routes of 28, 34, and 31 miles loop through small towns and beautiful countryside including the Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail. There is a snack stop at the rail station in historic downtown Lisbon.

This year, we‘re introducing something special! A Chili Cook-off at the Mirror Lake Pavilion starting point awaits returning riders.

SICCO begins at Firestone Park (338 E. Park Ave., Columbiana, OH 44408) at the Mirror Lake Pavilion. Registration opens at 8:00am and closes at 10:00am. First riders out at 8:00am. SAG ends at 3:00pm. Contact Ed Christian at 412-389-0895, echris333@aol.com for additional information.

This mid-moderate (about 12 MPH average )paced ride will be about 20 to 30 miles long. New location is to get out of the Youngstown traffic mess. Ride will feature mixed sufaces at times including bike trail, roads, city streets, and mixed terrain. No ride in rain or below 50 degrees.

We will be leaving Bogey‘s at 10:00 A.M. sharp for a ride of about 25 miles at a low to mid-moderate pace. No ride in rain or temps below 50. Lunch afterwards at Bogey‘s. For more information call Ed Randall at (330) 647-3911.

Meet at the exterior parking lot to the Air Reserve Station. That is to the right in front of Building 102 before you get to the gate. This is a mid-moderate ride of about 25-30 miles over mostly country roads. No ride in rain or temperatures below 50 degrees.

4th Annual Bike Belmont. This year‘s event will start at Wick Park and we will be adding a family fun ride in addition to the Community Ride and Airport Ride.
